This privacy policy (this "Policy") covers the web site and the other web sites operated under the domain name (the "Site") and is applicable to all information about you ("you" or "your") collected through the Site. This Policy describes the types of information that ("we", "us" or "our") gathers from you and the other people who visit the Site (the "Users"), how we may use that information and how you can contact us regarding this Policy and your personal information.

Information Collection and Receival

Phone-Bill-Assistance may collect or receive information about each individual who signs up with the Phone-Bill-Assistance website including, but not limited to, user name, password, first and last name, email address, street address, gender, occupation, and interests. Phone-Bill-Assistance also collects information on the pages you access and other information you may volunteer, such as survey information.

Information Use

We may use financial information to match you with other companies, to verify your identify, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, otherwise as needed to manage our business. From time to time, we may partner with companies based on the interests of our users. We use other companies to perform services necessary to our operations. In the course of providing these services, those companies may have access to your personal information. By contractual agreement, those companies must treat your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, we will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies. Phone-Bill-Assistance may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with Phone-Bill-Assistance's server and to administer Phone-Bill-Assistance's web site. Your IP address may also be used to help identify you and your online profile and to gather broad demographic information. Phone-Bill-Assistance's site's registration form requires users to give Phone-Bill-Assistance contact information (such as your name and email address) and demographic information (such as your zip code, age, or income level). Phone-Bill-Assistance uses customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about Phone-Bill-Assistance and promotional material from some of Phone-Bill-Assistance's partners. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the user when necessary. Phone-Bill-Assistance may use demographic and/or profile data to tailor the visitor's experience on Phone-Bill-Assistance's site, show the visitor content that Phone-Bill-Assistance thinks you may be interested in, and display content according to your preferences. The demographic and profile data may be shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis. We may also disclose, on an anonymous basis, statements made by our customers.


Phone-Bill-Assistance may create links to other web sites. Phone-Bill-Assistance will make a reasonable effort to link only to sites that meet similar standards for maintaining each individual's right to privacy. These third party sites have separate and independent Privacy Policies and Terms & Conditions that should be reviewed separately. Additionally, many other sites that are not associated or authorized by Phone-Bill-Assistance may have links leading to Phone-Bill-Assistance's site. Phone-Bill-Assistance cannot control these links and Phone-Bill-Assistance is not responsible for any content appearing on these sites.

Storage of Individual Information

Phone-Bill-Assistance stores the Individual Information in a database on its' computers. Our computers have security measures (such as a firewalls and password protection) in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Phone-Bill-Assistance's control. Not withstanding such measures, Phone-Bill-Assistance cannot guarantee that its security measures will prevent its computers from being illegally accessed, and the Individual Information on them stolen or altered.


"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Phone-Bill-Assistance's site uses cookies to keep track of your session, shopping cart, and advertising delivery. Phone-Bill-Assistance may also use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your password. Phone-Bill-Assistance may use an outside ad company to display ads on Phone-Bill-Assistance site. These ads may also contain cookies. While Phone-Bill-Assistance uses cookies in other parts of Phone-Bill-Assistance's web site, cookies received with banner ads are collected by Phone-Bill-Assistance's ad company and Phone-Bill-Assistance does not have access to this information.


Phone-Bill-Assistance may amend this policy at any time. If Phone-Bill-Assistance is going to use personally identifiable information collected through Phone-Bill-Assistance's corporate site in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection Phone-Bill-Assistance will notify users via email and/or by posting a notice on Phone-Bill-Assistance's Web site for 30 days prior to such use. This Privacy Policy may not be otherwise amended except in a writing that specifically refers to this Privacy Policy and is physically signed by both parties.
